This is a Public Bid Call. If this Bid Call does not receive a minimum of three (3) bids, the Owner may need to cancel the Bid Call.

The major components of the general construction contract include the following:

  • Construction of upgrades and other improvements to the existing water treatment plant, including installation of owner supplied VAF filtration equipment and associated piping, valving and instruments, relocation of existing valving and instruments, installation of raw water pumps and piping, installation of distribution pumps and piping, and associated electrical wiring and plant programming.
  • Supply and installation of all related civil, architectural, structural, process mechanical, HVAC and plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and control works
  • Programming
  • Field Testing, Pre-Start-up, Start-up, Programming, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Commissioning, Training, and Warranty Services
