You must be a Registered Plan Taker to download documents. Advertisements (Invitation to Bid and Instructions to Bidders) may be previewed without being a Registered Plan Taker. Frog Lake First Nations, supported by Indigenous Services Canada, would like to upgrade their existing water treatment plant. The scope of work primarily includes upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and programming systems. Mechanical upgrades include the upgrade/replacement of 6 vertical turbine pumps and the upgrade/replacement of various process piping and valves. Electrical upgrades include transitioning to a 600V service, the addition of a backup power generator and automatic transfer switch, and the complete replacement of the MCC. Instrumentation and control upgrades include a new PLC, new bulk water dispenser system, the addition of new online analytical monitoring equipment, and new instrumentation for various systems. Programming is required for all new systems and components and also re-programming is required of all existing functions that are intended to remain. |
