This is a Public Bid Call. If this Bid Call does not receive a minimum of three (3) bids, the Owner may need to cancel the Bid Call.

The major components of the general construction contract include the following:

  • New Potable Water Pipeline and all related civil / earthworks:
    • ~3.5 km of HDPE pipeline
    • ~1.0 km of PVC pipeline
  • Tie-in to existing potable water distribution piping infrastructure
  • Tie-in at the new wrap around services facility, to connect the new water piping to the new facility
  • Quality Control Testing by Independent Inspection and Testing Agencies, paid for by the Contractor, to ensure construction is completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and to all recommendations of the Geotechnical Investigation Report
  • Field Testing, Pre-Start-up, Start-up, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Commissioning, Training, and Warranty Services
